The scope of practice for Dentaltrak includes:
Providing a user-friendly and secure platform for dental medical device workflows
Communication between dentist and dental lab including all details of manufacture/ STL files, CAD files, instructions and details, pick up or drop off,
Tracking of all stages of manufacture – materials, training, manufacture, labelling, and transport
Providing real-time data and analytics on denture procurement performance and compliance.
Ensuring compliance with the relevant standards and authorities for medical devices.
Providing customer service and support for dentists and suppliers.
Providing clinical advice or diagnosis for denture patients
Designing, fabricating, or fitting medical devices for patients
Guaranteeing the quality, safety, or suitability of medical devices for patients
Resolving any disputes or issues between dentists and dental labs – however Dentaltrak records all communication and can be used to verify documentation and history of communication
Providing legal advice or representation
